The Tulane City Center, in collaboration with NOFFN and the National Endowment of the Arts , has produced an Urban Farming Toolkit that is a digital, visual guide to starting a garden, designed to provide instructions on gardening at any scale, for people at all experience-levels.
The guide takes the reader through the background of urban gardening, how to plan and build a garden, gardening maintenance, and the financial and legal issues relevant to growing an urban garden.
